Nino's research aims to explain the role of strategy and leadership in corporate innovation and entrepreneurial success. His ongoing research covers topics such as the organization of internal R&D, the optimization of corporate development portfolio, and the complementarity between innovation activities that can be achieved through strategy, leadership and corporate governance.
Nino strives to contribute to the fields of Strategic Management and Organizational Theory, and to become an expert in Corporate Development, Innovation Management and Organizational Change.
