To strengthen our innovation activities, we are seeking a: Innovation Manager (M/F)
This position reports to the Innovation Chief Executive. The innovation manager will have the main mission of the coordination and development of our global innovation activities. This includes especially the main tasks and key responsibilities: Support the cultural change of the company to a proactive market player Built up an internal and external expert network resulting in international collaboration and idea sharing Cooperate with global key accounts to deliver innovations resulting in value added products Evaluate and improve the innovation process of the group Assist the IP manager in projects which require IP protection IP loop management in innovative projects Align the global innovation strategy with marketing regarding consumer demands, customer expectations and market trends Work closely together with the UC marketing and communication to sell the innovations to the market. Conduct innovation events and research activities
