We are looking for an Innovation Manager to lead and deliver the innovation agenda for Carlsberg UK, enabling the company to accelerate the profitable growth of the business. Project Management skills will be essential in order to take on multiple innovative projects at any one time.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead the development of a joined up innovation strategy for Carlsberg UK and develop a pipeline of innovation based on growth opportunities rooted in consumer insight; these may be UK specific projects but may also involve working on global initiatives with the Group Innovation Team. Working with a Finance Business Partner to ensure innovative solutions have a compelling business case, the candidate will need to be commercially astute in order to ensure a strong return on investment.
