Innovation is an important strategic priority for B Logistics, because we must innovate more and better in order to be able to achieve the modal shift. A specific strategic plan for innovation has consequently been drawn up. We now want to set up a dynamic and motivated innovation team composed of creative and intrapreneurial employees to put this strategy into practice.
The innovation project leader is responsible for guiding and supporting several strategic projects (where innovation plays an important role) and for helping to achieve project objectives (impact, budget and time) according to a start-up philosophy. The projects are carried out partly internally and partly with the customer, which requires working actively with our own organisation and that of the customer, in order to get a clear grasp of the needs and come up with creative solutions.
