From raw material procurement to finished bag, quality inspection has a perfect management system.
When sample production for sample bags, our 10 years experienced sample master give the most profession suggestion to make the beautiful/ functional/ durable bags.
Before cutting raw material, QC check the color difference/ fastness/ durability for fabrics and trim materials.
During Semi production, QC check the quality of sewing/ printing/ embroidery.
After production, QC check the finished bag, pick out the unqualified bags and pack bags properly.
