As an Innovation Catalyst you will... Be a part of the DEME Group Innovation team. Key objective is to support DEME’s capability to develop innovative strategies, products, services and processes. Support to the development and implementation of a Group Innovation management portfolio. Help foster a corporate culture that esteems and encourages innovation through efficient processes and ad hoc coaching across the organization. Assist in identifying innovation challenges based on the group’s business strategies and based on internal consultations. Assist in detecting and developing new innovations and business models from scratch. Encourage and inspire individuals, teams and departments to participate in the innovation processes. Facilitate the ideation process and manage internal communities in order to promote creativity and enrich the innovation project portfolio. Ensure that all innovation projects are managed in line with DEME’s innovation process Maintain a good professional relationship with strategic internal and external partners Support the Group Innovation manager in improving the DEME approach to Innovation and ensuring the Innovation leadership
