External partners Antwerp World Diamond Centre Course description The Antwerp World Diamond Centre and the University of Antwerp warmly invite you to get to know the diamond industry inside out during this two week intensive summer school. In the first week, students discover the world of diamonds in every aspect; such as the historical, geological, technical, economical, commercial and ethical perspectives of the global diamond trade. During the second week, the summer school builds further on this introductory track by focussing on "innovation" and "sustainablity" in every facet of the global diamond industry, from Mine to Finger. Credits 3 ECTS credits are awarded upon successful completion of the programme. Registration fee €600 The fee includes course material, coffee breaks, site visits, farewell dinner and social activities. Does not include lunch or accommodation.
