Master of Innovation

Master of Innovation at Lillehammer University College The degree programme provides knowledge about the development of enterprises and businesses. How do new enterprises spring up? What is the hallmark of entrepreneurship and innovation? What industries can be developed in affluent countries? How does the market economy operate in a globalised world? What can be achieved by active industrial policies? These are examples of key issues the programme will focus on.  Business development in a societal perspective  The programme places business development in a societal perspective. The dynamics of commercial and industrial development will be analysed in relation to the surroundings; enterprises in networks, clusters, and regional and national innovation systems. In this connection emphasis is put on the role of the public sector as a regulatory regime and an active participant in business development and partnership.
